Reflections

- We 'measured' the height of the table surface by holding it up and testing what felt comfortable. The addition of height adjustment disks can cater for different height users.
- Not drawing anything tested communication skills. There was a lot of physically acting out how things would fit together. This was an effective way of communicating. Being in the workshop with the materials enabled this. Would this work with more complex builds?
- We were careful to avoid clashes between screws when driving them in.
- Building out the frame upside down first enabled us to rest all the pieces on the worktop, making a safer and more efficient construction.
